Caroline can consult with a family about the issues coming up at this time and provide a recommendation for next steps, free of charge. Evaluations, when warranted, are billed as a one-time fee. Speech and language services are billed at an hourly rate.

Caroline provides a detailed invoice with all the information required for insurance. Clients may submit a receipt for services, upon payment to Caroline, to their insurance company. Because policies are always changing, it is recommended that clients contact their insurance companies to learn about information regarding insurance reimbursement rates prior to beginning services.
